Tell us whether the building is a home or commercial project, what you are seeing (a leak, storm damage, etc.), and what you are looking for, a repair or reroof. Photos help, but are optional. ### 02 On-site or satellite measurement. You decide - would you like to meet in person where we can do a walkthrough and discuss the options with a written estimate provided after the roof is inspected. Alternatively, we can use a satellite measurement to provide a detailed written estimate for your roof replacement. ### 03 Written estimate. The estimate details the scope of work and materials to be used, as well as the warranty information. We will give you the information. There is no pressure and we are happy to address any questions or concerns that you may have. Written proposals are valid for 30 calendar days. ### 04 Permitting, schedule and site protection. We handle all aspects of permitting with your city. We set a start date, plan material staging, and protect your property on all sides by covering the landscaping, driveways, and pool cages as the job requires. ### 05 Install, cleanup and final inspection. We complete your project, make sure the yard is free of debris, and complete the final inspection with the city. Qualifying Owens Corning systems are registered for manufacturer coverage. ## Warranty and payment (signed replacement contracts) - Workmanship warranty: 7 years to the original owner. - Transferable to a subsequent owner upon written application, inspection approval, and a $100.00 transfer fee. - Warranty is contingent on payment in full and is void if third parties work on the roof without Reliable Roofer supervision or inspection. - Written proposals are valid for 30 calendar days. - Payment: deposit upon contract acceptance, progress payment upon dry-in, final balance after passing final city inspection. - Payment methods: Cash, Check, Zelle, Credit Card (credit cards subject to a 3.5% processing fee). ## How to get an estimate Call to request a written estimate and book an in-person consultation. Yes. Reliable Roofer, Inc. is a Florida Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC1334854), licensed and insured. We're also BBB A+ accredited and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. ### Is an estimate really free? Yes. We provide free estimates for repair and replacement. Use our online wizard or call (772) 867-0000 — we aim to respond within 24 hours. ### Do you offer financing? Partner financing is available for qualified homeowners on many projects. We also help you understand My Safe Florida Home and SELF loan paths when they fit. Terms are set by third-party lenders after your written estimate. ### What areas do you serve? Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Vero Beach, West Palm Beach, and surrounding communities across St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, and Palm Beach Counties. ### Do you install metal roofs? Yes. Standing-seam and other metal systems are a core part of our residential work — along with architectural shingle, tile, modified low-slope, and silicone restorations. ### What happens during an inspection or estimate visit? We walk the roof and, when access allows, check the attic or deck. You get photos of what we find and a written estimate with line items — not a verbal number on the driveway. ### How do repair and replacement differ? Repair fixes a known failure — a boot, flashing, or storm hit. Replacement removes the system and rebuilds it. If a patch would only buy a season, we quote both so you can see the numbers. ### What should I prepare before I call? An address or city and ZIP, photos if it is safe to take them, and any inspection or insurance notes you already have. Mention gate codes, HOA rules, or occupied units so we can plan access. ### Do homeowners and commercial properties use the same process? The inspection and written estimate are the same idea. Commercial jobs add access windows, tenant notice, and photo reports for owners or boards. Use the commercial page if you are a manager or facilities contact. ### Can you help after a hurricane or wind storm? Yes. We photograph storm hits, use temporary dry-in when it is safe and useful, and write the repair or replacement. Insurance decisions stay with you and the carrier — we document, we do not promise claim outcomes. ## Crawler notes Public HTML pages are server-rendered.
