Who this is for
Who needs commercial in Port St. Lucie?
Property managers, owners, HOA or condo boards, and facilities contacts who need a scoped repair, reroof, or coating conversation — and a report they can send upstairs.
Commercial jobs fail when the scope is verbal. We build work around access windows, tenant notice, and photo reports you can forward to ownership or a board.
We handle modified bitumen and other low-slope systems, drainage problems, and silicone coating restorations when a full tear-off is not the right spend.
Retail, office, and HOA properties are in the intake we were given. We do not claim warehouse-scale or out-of-state portfolios. If you need a certificate of insurance for the file, ask when you book the inspection.
Signs a property may need this
- Ponding that remains after a storm
- Splits, blisters, or open seams on a flat section
- Interior leaks over a unit, corridor, or stockroom
- An aging coating or modified system near end of life
- A board asking for a documented condition report

Process
How a commercial assessment works
Call, text, or email the address. You choose an on-site walkthrough or a satellite measurement, then a written estimate with scope and warranty.
01
Call, text or email the property address.
Tell us whether the building is a home or commercial project, what you are seeing (a leak, storm damage, etc.), and what you are looking for, a repair or reroof. Photos help, but are optional.
02
On-site or satellite measurement.
You decide - would you like to meet in person where we can do a walkthrough and discuss the options with a written estimate provided after the roof is inspected. Alternatively, we can use a satellite measurement to provide a detailed written estimate for your roof replacement.
03
Written estimate.
The estimate details the scope of work and materials to be used, as well as the warranty information. We will give you the information. There is no pressure and we are happy to address any questions or concerns that you may have. Written proposals are valid for 30 calendar days.
04
Permitting, schedule and site protection.
We handle all aspects of permitting with your city. We set a start date, plan material staging, and protect your property on all sides by covering the landscaping, driveways, and pool cages as the job requires.
05
Install, cleanup and final inspection.
We complete your project, make sure the yard is free of debris, and complete the final inspection with the city. Qualifying Owens Corning systems are registered for manufacturer coverage.
Commercial Roofing questions
We plan start windows and noisy work with the site contact. Occupant disruption is part of the written conversation — not an afterthought on the first morning.
What neighbors say
Public Google reviews. Themes are matched to the work — not invented for this page.
“We were concerned about a leak. Reliable checked the attic — no leak, thank goodness. The owner asked lots of questions, the roofer came on time, and they lived up to the name.”
“We upgraded to a metal roof and get so many compliments. After months of quotes we chose Reliable — great price, updates every step, super friendly and professional.”
“After months of research they were over and above — high quality work, old-fashioned transparency, started and finished on time, and competitively priced. Our go-to company.”
