Who this is for
Who needs storm in Port St. Lucie?
Homeowners and property contacts with missing shingles or tiles, a tarp already up, or interior water after a storm who need documentation and a real repair — not a claim promise.
Treasure Coast storms lift tabs, crack tiles, and drive rain under tired flashings. We photograph what we find, stabilize with temporary dry-in when it is safe and useful, then write the permanent repair or replacement.
Insurance decisions stay with you and the carrier. We document. We do not promise claim outcomes, supplement language, or a clock time we cannot keep.
If the storm hit is a bandage on a worn roof, we quote repair and replacement beside each other so you can see the numbers before the next named storm.
Signs a property may need this
- Missing, creased, or lifted shingles after wind
- Broken tiles or exposed underlayment
- A tarp that needs a real repair underneath
- Ceiling stains or drips after a named storm or squall
- An adjuster visit that still needs a contractor scope

Process
How a written estimate is built
Call, text, or email the address. You choose an on-site walkthrough or a satellite measurement, then a written estimate with scope and warranty.
01
Call, text or email the property address.
Tell us whether the building is a home or commercial project, what you are seeing (a leak, storm damage, etc.), and what you are looking for, a repair or reroof. Photos help, but are optional.
02
On-site or satellite measurement.
You decide - would you like to meet in person where we can do a walkthrough and discuss the options with a written estimate provided after the roof is inspected. Alternatively, we can use a satellite measurement to provide a detailed written estimate for your roof replacement.
03
Written estimate.
The estimate details the scope of work and materials to be used, as well as the warranty information. We will give you the information. There is no pressure and we are happy to address any questions or concerns that you may have. Written proposals are valid for 30 calendar days.
04
Permitting, schedule and site protection.
We handle all aspects of permitting with your city. We set a start date, plan material staging, and protect your property on all sides by covering the landscaping, driveways, and pool cages as the job requires.
05
Install, cleanup and final inspection.
We complete your project, make sure the yard is free of debris, and complete the final inspection with the city. Qualifying Owens Corning systems are registered for manufacturer coverage.
Storm Damage Roof Repair questions
We photograph storm damage and write a scope you can share with your carrier or adjuster. Coverage decisions and claim outcomes stay with you and the insurer.
We prioritize active interior leaks during 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Temporary dry-in is used when it is safe and useful. We do not advertise a guaranteed same-hour arrival.
No. A targeted repair is the right call when the surrounding system will hold. If the roof was already at the end of its life, we will show you both numbers.
