Who this is for
Who needs tile in Port St. Lucie?
Owners of concrete or clay tile roofs with broken tiles, leaks at hips and valleys, or an aging underlayment who want an honest repair-versus-reroof number.
Tile roofs fail from the underlayment out as often as from a cracked tile. We inspect broken and slipped tiles, flashings, and — when access allows — the deck so the estimate matches the real leak path.
A handful of replacement tiles can be the right repair. A worn underlayment is a different job. We photograph both and write them separately so you are not sold a full tear-off for a wind hit, or a patch on a system that is done.
The job archive on this site does not include dedicated clay-tile plates. We still reroof and repair tile as a licensed Florida contractor — the written estimate is based on your roof, not a stock photo.
Signs a property may need this
- Cracked or sliding tiles after wind
- Ceiling stains under hips, valleys, or wall transitions
- Tiles that no longer sit flat on the underlayment
- A tile roof older than the last two hurricane seasons can reasonably carry

Process
How a written estimate is built
Call, text, or email the address. You choose an on-site walkthrough or a satellite measurement, then a written estimate with scope and warranty.
01
Call, text or email the property address.
Tell us whether the building is a home or commercial project, what you are seeing (a leak, storm damage, etc.), and what you are looking for, a repair or reroof. Photos help, but are optional.
02
On-site or satellite measurement.
You decide - would you like to meet in person where we can do a walkthrough and discuss the options with a written estimate provided after the roof is inspected. Alternatively, we can use a satellite measurement to provide a detailed written estimate for your roof replacement.
03
Written estimate.
The estimate details the scope of work and materials to be used, as well as the warranty information. We will give you the information. There is no pressure and we are happy to address any questions or concerns that you may have. Written proposals are valid for 30 calendar days.
04
Permitting, schedule and site protection.
We handle all aspects of permitting with your city. We set a start date, plan material staging, and protect your property on all sides by covering the landscaping, driveways, and pool cages as the job requires.
05
Install, cleanup and final inspection.
We complete your project, make sure the yard is free of debris, and complete the final inspection with the city. Qualifying Owens Corning systems are registered for manufacturer coverage.
Tile Roofing questions
Yes, when the surrounding tiles and underlayment will hold a lasting repair. If the underlayment is the failure, we will show you why and quote a reroof as an option.
What neighbors say
Public Google reviews. Themes are matched to the work — not invented for this page.
“We were concerned about a leak. Reliable checked the attic — no leak, thank goodness. The owner asked lots of questions, the roofer came on time, and they lived up to the name.”
“We upgraded to a metal roof and get so many compliments. After months of quotes we chose Reliable — great price, updates every step, super friendly and professional.”
“After months of research they were over and above — high quality work, old-fashioned transparency, started and finished on time, and competitively priced. Our go-to company.”
